You can create your own request type categories, dynamic fields of different data types (number, text, date, attachment, list etc.)

RMS can be linked with different workflows that enable preset business rules and ensure that requests are received by the exact person/ department to handle them. Alerts (Email / SMS, Dashboard & mobile app notifications) can be configured to indicate that a new request has been submitted, forwarded, rejected, canceled, approved or finally proceeded.
